Mike, Thanks for the video! Mark, I love the new mods! Y”all likely remember, but we had the ACS 1VM splitter, 1 VM side skirts, and rock guards put on our car during the PDI. Joseph at ACS was a pleasure to work with and his parts are top notch quality and finish. The packaging was amazing. These components completely changed the look of our car. One of the dealership’s high value customers was there when we took delivery and was supposed to take delivery of his C8 within a few weeks of when we got ours. He told our salesman to get on the phone and order everything we did and make sure it was on his car when he took delivery. Thanks Guys! 💪🇺🇸

I installed my ACS 5VM rocker panels last week and had the same problem with the inner (short) rivets. I also used a similar cheap rivet gun.

Those mods are gonna look so good in the garage. I wonder what they will look like with a little dust. Lol. Fun video. I have the 5VM, front splitter, rocker panels (my car doesn’t wear a skirt) and rock guards. Joseph and ACS Composites are awesome. I had an issue with a rocker panel and they sent me a new one! Great company. Any of you on the fence, go for it. ACS is a fantastic company that stands behind their product.

Mark's rivet gun is nicer than mine. I spent $25 to buy one when installing my side skirts. Probably won't use it again for 10 years.

Beautiful Car, but I am somewhat biased since my 2022 is also a Red Mist HTC! I thought about adding the ACS Side Skirts, but wished I had done it before the PPF. Guess I’ll hold off on that Mod for now… I was somewhat glad the OEM Splash Guards were on Constraint, as I added the ACS Rock Guards which are “pricey Mud Flaps at $499” but IMO are the best offer in the aftermarket. I have the Z51 Package and I’m ok with the Front Splitter. Definitely glad I added the Front Lift before my order was submitted to GM. Have scraped the Splitter once being in an unfamiliar area at night. If it had been Carbon Fiber, I’d probably have been in deep 💩! And, been letting the 🤬 word fly! The C8 is amazing! Too bad most of us will never have the chance to own a ZO6! Lately hearing the Reviews are Very Positive and there are very few Negative Items for the “Haters” to dwell on. Sounds Like A Grand Slam since it’s World Series Time in Baseball, Great Job Corvette Team!!! Bases Loaded and The Engineers HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK!!! ❤❤❤😊👍👍💯

Why did he clear coat the 5VM Splitter. Does it need more shine? I have mine just waiting on car delivery.

In the video we describe how this splitter was scraped up and needed to be repainted. You do not need to paint your new splitter from ACS.
