Isn't Brinstar already 8-bit? Well, yes, but not like this! While listening through Shinesparker's Harmony of a Hunter Returns (HoaH) version of Brinstar, I noticed the track was quite influenced by the Smash 64 version. Smash 64 has a warm place in my heart, and I never say no to Hirokazu Ando tracks and arrangements! Coming off of HoaH, I wanted to try my hand at more 8-bit style Metroid tracks, and Smash 64's Brinstar is a pretty good fit for the style! A dashing of Melee throughout, plus some solos added in, and voila! Another track in the books. Hope you all enjoy it. :)

Absolutely fantastic! A good combination of 64 and Melee’s Brinstar but in 8-bit is definitely worth listening to again.

Love that you used the Smash 64 version as a base. Good stuff! Best franchise of all time with Super Metroid being my favourite game of all time. I don't see that ever changing, especially with the garbage that comes out nowadays, though Metroid Dread and Prime Remastered were of course amazing.
