Thank you love! Surprisingly, my hair likes protein! I typically know when to lay off the protein when and if I overload- but for the most part my hair does react well to it! Also yay!!!! i love love love that brush so I'm so happy you love it!! ❤️

@@curlelia I've realized that if you use protein in the deep conditioning proces only you never get overload. I use protein DC's biweekly since I've been experimenting with protein. I think it'd truly be overload if we also used protein moisturizers after. Haha yes I'm finally able to detangle 1 quadrant with ease 😂💜

Thank you for the informative video. Your hair always looks good and it seems everything works well for you. I tend to easily get protein overload so this particular deep conditioner is not for me. But I have been looking at their other products that don’t have protein in them. Great video

When I was transitioning, protein felt COMPLETELY DIFFERENT on my hair than it does after 10 years of being natural. So definitely try a protein treatment if you're transitioning but don't assume your hair will always react to protein the same way once you're fully natural. In my case, I found out I'm naturally high porosity. When I was transitioning, protein made my hair break off like a nightmare. Since being fully natural, my hair thrives with protein. 👍

Hmmm 🤔 I tempted to try this mask again. I love Briogeo products overall, But I don’t think this mask provided me the slip I wanted. I use Briogeo rice amino acid conditioner as a leave in sometimes 😂 love 😍 that line. Your hair must be super healthy. I would need to add way more conditioner to mine for detangling 😭 Love your results!
