Quick overview of my Bris Marine 12ft inflatable boat. Purchased in 2020. Outfitted with a 15hp Tohatsu outboard motor.

I see a lot of people using 15-18hp on these but mfg says only rated to 10hp engine. I wonder if there is decreased life expectancy with larger motor

Sorry just now noticed the comment. So with this model, I believe the max rating was a 20hp. This was the 12ft version. Bris also made a 10ft version, with a lower HP rating
