Welcome Aboard! In today's video we take a brief look at trains around the Australian city of Brisbane, sometimes known as "Brisvegas!" It has been many years since I'd had the opportunity to visit any part of Queensland, so the scenes in this video were something of an eye-opener to me compared with my last visit.
In this video we see Queensland Rail's NGR sets - a fixed consist 6 car train used on all lines. We take a look at passing QR/Aurizon and Pacific National (PN) intermodal freights to and from the far North Coast, as well as the aging but still good quality EMU sets as they live out their last months on Cleveland, Beenleigh, Ferny Grove, and Shorncliffe services, including a few minutes on board an EMU set one evening.
This video is now available in 4K for those with the ability to enjoy it in such fashion. Please support my channel by clicking the "Like" 👍and Subscribe buttons. I'm not a Vlogger as such, but do aim to put out interesting transport-related videos several times a year. 🙂🚂📹
