Brisbane trams 429 and 554

Several of the streamlined four motor trams that were the mainstay of the Brisbane tramway system in its final years of operation can be seen at the Brisbane Tramway Museum at Ferny Grove, Queensland. This video, filmed on a sunny summer January afternoon, features the graceful motion of four motor car 429 and 'Phoenix' car 554, the last tram built for the Brisbane system. 554 saw only five years in service before closure of the system in 1969.
