While, I have made it a point to brisk walk and make it my weekly routine as much as possible, I also want to do a fitness test of myself if I am physically fit. In the event, I will be experiencing shortness of breath after few minutes of walk, then I had to fully assess if it will happen the next time around. If it does, then my endurance is not getting any better so I had to have some medical check-up to find the reason why. But, as far as my brisk walking is concerned, I can still cover around over 15 miles non-stop. No any untoward uneasiness on my physical body had ever been experienced.
