[INGREDIENTS]
For Cake Bread:
-1/4 Cup butter/oil
-1/2 Cup powdered sugar
-1 Tsp vanilla essence
-1/2 Cup curd
-1 Cup all purpose flour(maida)
-2 Tbsp cocoa powder
-1 Tsp baking powder
-1/2 Tsp baking soda
-1/2 Cup milk
For Sugar syrup:
-2 Tbsp sugar
-2 Tbsp water
For Frosting
-3/4 Cup whipped cream
For Chocolate ganache:
-1/4 Cup dark chocolate
-2 Tbsp whip cream
-1 Tbsp butter
For Garnishing
-Crushed dark chocolate
-3 Strawberry
-Melted dark chocolate
-Melted white chocolate

Yes.... You can add 1) 1/2 Cup milk +1 tsp vinegar instead of curd.... 2) you can add condensed milk 1/2 cup

you can use mixture of 1/4 cup milk+1 tsp vinegar/lemon juice instead.. Also after baking curd smell does not comes from baked cake
