In English its pronounced as just Idle, the g being silent (probably why the parenthesis), the korean is (Yeoja) I-Deul which pretty much translates to Girl Idols, the later part being phonetically the english I and the hangul for deul. This is the groups debut song off their first mini album "I am" The leader and main rapper (from the start in red) Jeon Soyeon has a couple of solo tracks, her debut was called Jelly and her comeback is called Idle Song, which had a whole bunch of hints about the creation of this group, definitely worth checking out if you have the time. She also composed, arranged and wrote the 2 previously mentioned songs aswell as Latata. They don't have any official roles yet, we still waiting; rest of the members are: Soojin - Vocalist in the pink Minnie (Thai) - Bangs and the unique slower vocal YuQi (Chinese) - Cutie with the deep voice Miyeon - Vocalist that took the chorus, shes ex-YG and was in the lineup for Pink Punk, the group that eventually became BlackPink Shuhua (Taiwanese) - Long dark haired beauty A few of these members are actually pretty well connected with other kpop artists, Soyeon was on Produce 101 she finished 20th and most considered her the most talented trainee on the show but she was also dubbed "to ugly to be an idol", she joined PD101 with Eunbin of CLC. Minnie being Thai is pretty good friends with both Blackpink's Lisa and CLC's Sorn, Miyeon being ex-yg, trained with the current Blackpink members.
