XG is a Japanese group of 7 members, that is trained and built based on the kpop system, but oriented to be international-first two releases were in english. They’re currently based in Korea but I think they travel back and forth to Japan. What you just witnessed was basically special content showcasing their rap line. Jurin, the 4th rapper, is their leader. You should check out the special content that their vocal line released. And their dance performances. This group is scary. The rappers rap like backpack rappers, the vocalists are legit talented, and they dance like a dance crew.

I heard it from someone about Harvey’s placement in the cypher and her introducing a new flow/vibe, I thought I would share something I saw from a Japanese fan abt the order the girls went in for this cypher: There is a Japanese word "起承転結", which means the structures of traditional Japanese narratives. 起 introduction 承 development 転 twist 結 conclusion this cypher kinda follows that rule Once I saw this, Harvey’s placement in the video made so much more sense to me

Surprise surprise Ten was involved in the styling for this mv like he was for Paint Me naked and he actually received this song the same time he did PMN but he said he wasn't feeling it at that time so he focused more on PMN which was something different for him because as you know NCT and especially WayV be making some hoe anthems 😂 so PMN was different but it was also who Ten felt like at that time well this young man felt like he was ready to put that sauce on Birthday and he did and he again got asked to be hands on with the styling as well as the set up for the mv and he delivered because Ten is art and he makes art out of anything he touches so here we have it. If it’s your first time seeing XG, there’s more. The rap lyrics of Tippy Toes are really well done. The dance energy in XG MOVE #1 is amazing. XG is next level. They’re gaining traction, but really deserve more attention. Chill Bill remix and Cocona’s dance video are other standouts.
