Wow, whoever did this video is absolutely not counting losses in Ukraine. You can visually inspect the secure parking lots where they store their tanks and note them growing smaller and smaller in stock and some of them have now become empty entirely.

@rych2703 I wouldn't be surprised. The weapons and equipment Ukraine captured were said to be not fit for service. Their single aircraft carrier can only function for a few days at a time before it starts catching on fire and needs to be repaired. No one is really sure how many functioning nukes they have as they decay and need regular maintenance before becoming essential useless. Considering the levels of corruption in their military, their limited budget, and the low probability of nuclear weapons ever being used, there is a good chance that many of their nuclear weapons are nonfunctional.

One thing to keep in mind is that the US is managing to keep up with Russia in military production. That may not sound all that important, but Russia is in a war, and the US technically isn't. That means they're running on a military economy centered around military production. In other words, the US is stronger because they're running on a domestic economy. Imagine the boom in the US's military might during a big war. There's a reason Germany didn't want Japan to attack them during WWII.

Yeah there’s a big problem with this video, a BIG problem. That being, these were the numbers BEFORE the war in Ukraine. They are down ~ 10k tanks, ~ 1 Million men, thousands of APCs, lots of ships, airplanes, and helicopters, and countless small arms, missiles, drones, artillery, and various other types of hardware. These were predominantly older, other than the men, and come from the soviet days. They are, or are damn near, antiques by comparison. Then you add the fact that they do NOT do the required maintenance to keep them in good working order, this includes their aircraft, which is scary for those pilots I’m sure. Their artillery is as old school as it comes. That means they have to get coordinates for the target, shoot, observe the results, adjust, and repeat until they walk the hits in as close as they can get. Ours, pick the window you want it to go through and that’s where it hits. The same goes for our missiles. Russia tends to want to use rockets a lot. In that sense they don’t really “aim” so much as they just kind of shoot in the right direction and hope for the best. Basically, there is no comparison when you get beyond the digits and start looking at what the actual impact of each item would be.

Keep in mind that over the last 12 months, Russia has had 300,000 soldiers killed in Ukraine 🇺🇦. So, their active force is now roughly around One-Million, with a reserve total of more(if you believe them.. LOL) so, they claim they have 3.3-million total. Here in the U.S. we keep hearing that Russia is inflating their troop count. They do have more reserve troops, but mostly because they have mandatory service. While we (USA) don't have mandatory service. If, WW3 broke out and we needed more than the 2.1-Million (active and reserve total), we could reinstate the draft, but I wouldn't think we'd have to do that. We have an adequate amount or Air Force personnel, and Naval Troops that we would have the Air and Sea dominated. Also, keep in mind, when the B-21 Raider are complete and we have all of them in service, they're roughly half the size of the B-2 Spirit (Stealth Bomber) and the B21-Raider carries half the payload of the B-2. The B21-Raider is a Stealth aircraft that has the ability to be an unmanned Stealth Bomber. We have 100 of them in production currently, some are complete, but I'm positive as to how far along they are in production. But, 100 Stealth Bombers, controlled by an Air Force pilot sitting at a random military base. They guide the Bomber into position drop the payload on the target, and guide it back to a base to be reloaded and repeat. The manned aircrafts will not be fazed out. So, we will obviously still need Air Force personnel in the future, but the B21-Raider is going to be a wonderful addition for many reasons, but the most important reason is it will mean less pilots at risk of being shot down, or K.I.A. Also, the more B21-Raider air missions that we're able to deploy to strike selected military targets or person's, means less time that we have pilot's in the air, and less time we'd need boots-on-the-ground. Which all mean less time our military personnel are at risk. The B21-Raider is going to be a game-changer. So, we talked about controlling the sky. Now it's time to talk about controlling the sea. I think that most of the world is aware that we already dominate this particular division. We currently have 11 aircraft carriers and as of 2024, the most sophisticated aircraft carrier is the Gerald R Ford class of carriers of which we have three active and two more in production with two more on order after that. Each of which carry up to 100 aircraft. We all know that we already dominate the world's Oceans, but imagine what the U.S. Navy will be able to do when these massive super-carriers are done being constructed and enter service. We already have 85 Naval "Destroyers" or Surface Warships with VLS (Vertical Launching Systems) in service. We currently operate 470 Naval Ships, in both active service and reserve fleet. Of those, about 50 are due to be retired by the year 2028. But, as of January 2024. The United States has 95 new war ships in either the planning-stage or currently under construction. Plus, we have 12 new developed, improved-nuclear "Columbia-Class" Submarines currently under construction. These new Submarines are rumored to be so much more sophisticated subs, that much of their capabilities are currently a closely-guarded secret. These new subs are set to replace Ohio-Class Submarines of which the U.S. has 14 in active service. I guess, my point in this long-winded post, is we in the U.S. are not ready to even give any country a chance to catch up to any part, of any military branch any time soon. Lol Thank you for reading along. Have a wonderful night. ;)

What this video doesn't cover is Russia's technical inferiority and their losses in Ukraine. Russia does not have the amount of tanks and artillery stated, almost half of those have been destroyed by Ukrainians with American weapons. Most of those are 40 to 70 years old, and many more are unusable except for parts. Russia's navy is at least 30 years behind the US technologically, and mostly cold war relics. Russia's submarines are a joke, the one that went to Cuba was missing many sonar absorbing panels. Ukraine doesn't have a navy, but has eliminated half of the black sea fleet, they're so incompetent most are hiding in Russian ports, hundreds of miles from Ukraine. Russia's air force is no match for the US either, most are cold war era, didn't you see them using GPS units taped to their planes while on missions in Ukraine? As for Russia's nukes, it's likely many are unoperational due to lack of maintenance. Don't believe everything you see on KZbin...

I think the reserve force is not quite apples to apples. The reserve force shown for the US is for active reserves. This means National Guard and Reserves that actually train each month and 2 weeks during summer. A lot of the reserve forces in the US have combat experience in Afghanistan and Iraq. They are far better trained and equipped than many nations active duty forces. The US reserve totals did not count the IRR which is substantial. After one gets out of active service they still have a mikitary commitment to fullfill. This is in the ready reserve.

Not sure how accurate the figures are right now. Russia is at war against Ukraine and have lost some of their equipment and manpower. USA has given a lot of equipment away and has sold some as well. Russia has men who have recent experience in warfare against American made equipment while American troops don't have experience against Russian made equipment. America has lost personnel to bureaucratic stupidity and has been teaching kids that America isn't worth patriotism through wokism. It is a different world today.

One thing I was thinking about while watching this is that Russia's reserves probably are legit just civilians with no capabilities being counted, just fodder if they need it. America would probably have the hardest civilian population to invade, without including the military. I also think American's hyper Patriotism would make way more/better people volunteer than Russia would drag from homes in a different manner. All I'm saying is these numbers are bloated by Russia (China is worse at doing this) and USA probably wins that category hands down, but Russia will look competitive due to counting people who aren't soldiers, all while common Americans who aren't counted have a weaponry of guns and operate them (and much more lol).

Do these figures include the ones lost in the Ukraine war? Russia has very few troops left and the tanks, misses and aircraft are not as up to date as the USA's!!😮 😮😮

Russia doesn’t have the soldier count that we think it does, they obviously padded their numbers by the inexperienced drafted ones they sent to Ukraine.

The Russians count everything they have whether it works or not. They don’t maintain their equipment very well and they use the cheapest parts possible. They also will come out with a new tank and act like they have a full stock of it but it’s never seen anywhere besides a parade. Our entire military is there because they choose to be not because they were conscripted. Our military is very highly trained as well. Because they don’t have the best training or well made quality equipment they throw as much as possible at whatever they are attacking. Whether that’s soldiers or missiles, they don’t care. Their favorite thing to do is send wave after wave of canon fodder. We have less but we can use it much more efficiently. Everything we have is in top working condition with the latest technology. If Russia couldn’t even hold air superiority over Ukraine that has barely any airforce or water superiority when Ukraine has literally no navy then how could they go toe to toe with us? The war in Ukraine showed the world they are not the #2 or #3 military in the world. They outed themselves as the paper tiger they really are. I would be shocked if even half of their nukes work. But all it takes is one to cause the end of the world. I

Quality and quantity are not the same thing. Also usage doctrine is a real thing. Russia is a regional superpower not really a global superpower like the US.

The Russian numbers are off by a significant amount. Their losses in Ukraine are staggering. If anything this video is heavily Russian biased. A lot of their tanks in storage are wrecks. Then you have to add in the almost 700,000 casualties they have had.
