Hi, it depends what the bar on top of the jug is displaying it all depends on who much your using the filter jug I usually see my bar finish and then jeep hold of the reset and it displays I still have more to use

You only have to clean out 3 times when you install a new filter as it gets rid of access air. Not everytime you fill it with water

When I first purchased it. It worked really well. Now I've replaced the filter and there isn't flowing Any water in the jug through the filter.. what am I doing wrong?

Might be silly question but is the filter secured inside as sitting in the jug properly? Make sure there is no damage where the filter needs to go in.

Mine has recently stopped letting water through. The white valve at the bottom stays closed. I have changed catridge brand which would likely be the cause. Do you know if when catridge is remove the jug lets water through? Just trying to eliminate problems

Hi yes if cartridge is removed water will flow through the jug. It does sound like a cartridge error so hopefully by changing it it will work.

Do you have to filter the water twice everytime you want filtered water or is it just when you get a new cartridge

Just when you get new cartridge this is to get rid of any excess air which there usually is in a brand new cartridge and doing it twice also cleans the cartridge to ensure water is clean.

You need to shake the cartridge before putting into water you also have to push it down for it settle at the bottom of jug

how far up the jug can you fill it, IT SAYS 2.4 L

You can fill it upto the line just under the top as the water starts flowing through the filter as soon as you pour it in.

The question is indicator is not attached than how can it work like 100% to 0% .

Thank you - the indicator is on top of the lid which shows the filter percentage. When first using keep hold of the reset button which will show the correct percentage.

You will have to push the filter yourself right the way down and make sure it sits on the bottom and then it should stay there until all the bubbles release.

You need to shake the filter, while fully submerged to get rid of all the bubbles until there aren't anymore bubbles coming out of the filter. Then it will stay at the bottom.
