Tip! for people who don’t want to waste the first 3 pitchers you pour out .. I pour them into empty water bottles I label plant water. Then I use them whenever I need to water my plants. Usually gives me enough until it’s time to change my filter again!

Thank you for your demo on You Tube. I thought I was pretty dumb for not knowing how to take the pitcher apart to get to the water filters stored inside. And thank you for showing us how to use the filter reset button. That's a great option to indicate when to replace the filter.

When you fill up the reservoir do you have to let the water run through the filter or can you fill up the reservoir and then just pour it out through the filter?

Quick question - while pouring the water into a full glass, does the green light flicker on/off and completely turn off while the pour continues? Can you show a full glass pour? That would help me understand if my new Brita is defective or not. Thank you

Slide the front part on before attaching it to the handle, kind of like a TV remote. Hope that helps!

Can you fill to the fill line twice to fill up the reservoir? Or do you not want to fully submerge the filter?

Thats what I want to know. It doesn’t give you much water. Unless they think you’re only drinking a bit at a time. 🙄

This is a common question and no one seems to have an answer. And if you post it on the Brita site, they dont answer either. Very frustrating.
