Britain's Oldest Steam Locomotive On The Blaenavon Steam Railway - 27/08/23

August bank holiday weekend saw the Pontypool & Blaenavon Steam Railway celebrating their 40th anniversary. Including, No.20 Furness Railway. Britain's oldest operational steam locomotive hauling trains along the line. One of its first debuts following repairs after suffering a mechanical failure back in May. Also, Rosyth No.1 recreating the railway's opening train from 1983 formed of a brake van and mk1 carriage.
