Ah, the fact that she was singing in a different key than the original makes sense because her voice sounded like the voice in the original, but it didn't sound exactly the same (stylistic choices aside) and I couldn't figure out why. I’m listening to this with good old AirPods and I am getting EXTREME goosebumps. The crowd that night is the luckiest crowd to ever exist; they got to hear such a challenging piece sung with such emotion and power… This performance was incredible, period. Many would probably kill to watch something as good as this. I feel guilty for not knowing her as the person behind the piece. Also, can we appreciate the editing? I love how the camera actually cuts to her hand when she sang “take my hand, will you share this with me?” And the slow motion at the end mirrors the slow motion after the performance in the movie. Such a great touch.

If I were her I would have sung a brand new song, making people know me not for my previous success, but for the mores to come. She is very talented, doesn't need such a publicity

I was crying the entire audition. Happy tears of course! It’s just so lovely to witness such a beautiful and well deserved moment. This was her moment and i was just so happy to witness her wings grow out

this clip is so unique. i have never seen so much wondrous expectation from the audience. they were already entranced and she was still to sing. it never happens at this kind of shows. and loren did not disappoint... one of the greatest auditions, in line with nightbirde, mzansi choir, darcy lynn and, of course, susan boyle.

When she was talking she sounded nervous but when she started singing, it was like she came out. She was finally free. It was just everything. Idk how to describe it other than "everything".

She acted like she's nervous. Fooling us in believing that she has never been on a stage before.

The way she looked up after singing at 5:19, it's like she has just set herself free, and you can feel the moment

Beautiful use of golden buzzer. She sang in such as way as to inspire others in the audience/viewing to take up singing with abandon.

I get emotional watching this every single time. Loren’s mom is my voice teacher at the University of Utah and she seems to be so much like her mother. An absolute angel, with the voice of an angel. 💕

To me it’s unfair. The show should respect the talent of the other performers not singers. Singers always win it really annoys me

@@afigg3035 Lets see if you're right about "Singers always win." Here are some BGT winners: George Sampson (dancer), Diversity (dance group). Spelbound (gymnastics troup), Attractin (theatre group), Ashleigh & Pudsey (Dog Act), Jules O'Dwyer & Matisse (dog act), Richard Jones (Magician), Tokio Myers (Pianist), Lost Voice Guy (comedian), Jon Courtenay (Piano, Comedy), Axel Blake (Comedian). None of those are singers. Just for fun, lets look at America's Got Talent: AGT: Terry Fador (ventrioquist). Olate Dogs (Dog act) Kenichi Ebina (dance/special effects), Matt Franco (Magician), Paul Zerdin (ventriloqist) . Shin Lim (Magician), There's more but I've made my point. These are competition shows and anyone can win, and have.
