I genuinely sympathize with Kirat but I have plenty of questions as well. Like why did she allow to be so invested with someone whom she never met in real life? Why did she ignored the red flags? There are many unrealistic events that went through like being in the witness protection program, being in the hospital, having a baby out of the blue, why in all of this she never insisted on seeing him. And why she never doubted the fact that he always had an excuse for not seeing her? If Bobby was unavailable to have a video call why not do it with those other characters claiming to be Bobby's cousin? Everything was well-orchestrated but there were plenty of loopholes that can make you realize that something was totally wrong.

Thank you for sharing this story and for encouraging other women to speak out. Speaking out dosent happen often in the Asian community and I feel it needs to be normalised. Many people in real life relationships refuse to leave abusive and controlling partners in real life btw (not online) because of the high level of emotional manipulation involved to the point some people die from violence or commit suicide.
