There's no such thing as thermal imaging radar there is thermal Imaging sensors like cameras but they don't work like a radar and can only cover a very small area at a time and most of these low observable or stealth aircraft can minimize their thermal emissions and by the time you even get a track on a aircraft the aircraft has already fired its Munitions and you're destroyed plus most of these aircraft are also jamming your radar systems at the same time they're firing anti radiation missiles or guided munitions
