I love the take-off in Nice, when the plane immediately turns after take-off and moves away from the mountains as it climbs.

@@nipafilms236 It was indeed the most intense lightning I’ve experienced. Usually when encountered mid-flight, pilots can navigate around adverse weather. On this occasion we had to take off right into the eye of the storm. An exhilarating takeoff and climb no doubt. Thanks for watching!

Flying out of Nice over the Alps can be rough sometimes. The storm was high. He was a long time climbing.

very dangerous takin off in that weather conditions, specially with electrical storm. People in earth is exposed to an electrical shock. Most of airports suspend operations until the storm pass.
@Airplanes.24.717 күн бұрын
@@miguelbustillo671 Certain precautions certainly had to be taken and had they not been taken, one could classify the flying conditions as “dangerous”, but given the fantastic flight crew at the helm of this flight, characteristic of British Airways, I would classify the weather conditions as “necessitating a unique departure protocol in order to maintain utmost safety” as opposed to “dangerous”. Thanks for watching
@TDDOUBLE16 күн бұрын
I don’t really think this was a ‘dangerous’ takeoff because they did take percussions and made sure the flight was safe enough to takeoff
