It's amazing seeing the earth spin under the airplane. Sure, I know we don't actually see it spin but it does. What I find even more amazing is the skill required to land on a spinning tarmac. Just incredible.

I’ve done that flight about 50 times, used to be the 747-400 but the few times I’ve been on the A350-1000, nearly always in club world but occasionally in first when they were using the 747, I absolutely love Vegas as I have been going for more than 33 years.

Three trips 2012/13/14 was enough for me - when I want to go back I remind myself why I don’t. It’s a great trip… but not when you work out how much it costs for 19 days three times in three years. Definitely worth at least a trip in 1 lifetime.
