Thanks for the video! We are flying to Austin next weekend and then coming home from Vegas. Haven't flown Long haul for 14 years so really looking forward to the experience now technology has advanced a bit 😁

How strange haha! Austin airport was small and it took us hours over 2 hours to get through security. You collect baggage before going through security which wasnt good. Departing Austin, there's some decent food spots in the terminal, it was a much better experience departing Austin than arriving

Such a great video. I’m flying this route in may and on the a350. Haven’t done long haul economy in a while but this looks super good!

Never seen that before them doing 2 full meal services!! Anytime I’ve been it’s always been a meal service then more a hot snack as second service! Nice touch though!♥️ great vid!

Really enjoyed the video Kirsty. No talking just all that flight includes. My wife and I will be flying YYZ to LHR this coming Sept on BA 350-1000 Premium Economy same as our return. This is our 1st time on the A350-1000 and we are looking forward to it. Watching your Economy class did not seem that bad, but the 3-4-3 isn't for me anymore. Thanks again for the video

Yes left late afternoon. Not sure I’m a fan of arriving so late in Vegas, I think we landed at about 6pm. 2 weeks until I travel on Virgin back to Vegas 👍

Thanks for an excellent video! Flying on this route in a couple months in these same seats on a A350 BA. Super nervous about being uncomfortable and jet lag. Never been on such a long flight! Ive read the A350 is betternfor jetlag because of the air pressure on this particular plane is more advanced. ?

Glad you enjoyed it. I’ve flown on multiple different planes and my jet lag is always the same. I think my husband was a bit better after this flight. Have a great flight ✈️

Hi! Love your videos! I’m planning a trip to Punta Cana in December and I saw you’ve been traveling with Virgin as well in economy. Which one from Virgin and BA would you say would be more comfortable for a long haul flight? Thank you xx

I would say Virgin Economy Delight is my favourite economy seat 💺 the extra legroom, priority check in & bag as standard is the best deal. I do usually book economy and then bid for the upgrade

You just need to book seats in the smaller economy cabin, we just logged in and these were available to pre-book.

Do you know why British airways flight to Vegas departs from a different terminal in LHR and not terminal 5 with the rest of the British airways flights?

Wow what a large plane. I love the A350. Did you check in a bag or instead check in a carry-on for free at the check-in counter. How was the customer service and seat comfort. Food looks delicious.

On the way back we said we’d be happy to check in our carry on and they did. Very good service all round. No complaints about the seat. I slept for 6 hours on the way back , I never do that.

I find the way BA loads it's passengers is bad, they should start at the furthest point from the doors and work towards the doors, this is quicker as it reduces the time passengers spend waiting to walk past others to get to their seats. What would be good is a comparison between the A380 and the A350 ... I haven't flown long haul since 2019 and would love to know which is better.

A350 is nice too but A380 with it's spacious airframe is the best.
