I strongly suspect that these t shirts are in foreign countries where they print English on shirts because they think it’s cool, but often don’t know what it says, just like how in America people wear shirts with Japanese or Chinese characters but don’t know the language. I encountered this a lot in Russia ten years ago. I regularly attended an English language group and one day a regular with beginning to intermediate level English walked in and was very confused when all the Americans burst out laughing. His shirt said “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool my dad and he’ll roundhouse kick you in the face.” He didn’t know enough English to understand his shirt, not did half the attendees. That session was spent with us trying to explain his shirt.

I don't want to sound offensive, but in a way, the T shirt with 'too drunk to fuck' makes perfect sense on a child, that's exactly the two things they can't do. The designer might have some very dark sense of humor to make a children size. Also, I might be wrong, but I think the joke is a redneck reference?

Damn Shannon is fit, very pretty! Those poor children wearing those T-shirts. Most likely their parents don’t understand English, therefore it looks like an innocent ice cream T-shirt. I’ve worn T-shirts with different languages on them not understanding it’s meaning. Someone always pees in the pool. I once saw a demonstration of a glass of chlorinated, which just smells like chlorinated water, having a drop of pee put into it and it instantly smelled like a swimming pool. Have you ever smelled a swimming pool that just smelled like a glass of chlorinated water? I haven't.

honestly, i would never mind if a kid learns adult stuff at an early age. i learned a couple of adult stuff at the age of 8 from the original 2 and a half men, the american office, which is better than the original one, change my mind brits, the cleveland show, family guy, the simpsons, american dad and so much more back in 2008. the kid wearing the shirt that said "too drunk to f" has made me laugh for a good minute or 2. and the rest of the kids wearing dirty shirts were also funny, but that drunk shirt that that kid was wearing made me laugh the hardest.

I think it's just because they don't know English. You know, in most Asian countries people don't speak English. So many people wear these weird shirts, thinking it's cool, and don't notice that the words on them are actually awkward.

I have some friends who are immigrants who either don’t speak English or don’t speak it to where they understand slang and nuance. They just see a cheap shirt and buy it. Sometimes they walk around wearing very risqué or foul language not realizing it until someone tells them. And places like the NOLA French Quarter these raunchy shirts are plentiful. Or what happens is clothing gets donated to non English speaking countries and the people don’t understand what it means. I have a friend from Mexico who was wearing an Oklahoma Sooners sweatshirt. Out of curiosity I asked him if he knew what it was and he said no. I told him it’s not anything bad but that he shouldn’t make a habit of wearing things he doesn’t understand. I know wherever we have a championship game in the US there is merchandise produced for both teams and whoever wins gets theirs immediately after the game and the stuff for the loser gets shipped to some third world countries. Fortunately it’s not risqué though. I personally wouldn’t wear any of these shirts depicted although I think most are hilarious. In most American schools you can’t wear this kind of stuff and likely your parents won’t let you outside of schools. As an adult I have long had the kind of jobs were we aren’t allowed to wear anything with words or logos (including designer logos) so I’m not in the habit of buying it. And because my job is very public it would be problematic for me to wear the ones shown here even when I’m off. The only exceptions I might wear clothing with words or logos on it on my off time is it’s a school, festival or sports team.

"Well, I guess the US isn't the only place that has crappy parents.", is something I would say while watching the video and wearing the first Level 1 t-shirt. The "too drunk to..." t-shirt would work in Wisconsin for an attractive female bartender working the night shift and closing up, but you would wear another shirt over the top of it and reveal it later (10PM or so) making sure families that came there to eat supper with their kids have all left. I don't understand purposely destroying the innocence of children like some of these parents have done by dressing their kids in these t-shirts, and I don't like it either. I would also let them know that if I ever had the misfortune of meeting any of them.

I’m not surprised Shannon is a sorority girl. I’m thinking she’s may a Phi Mu of Tri-Delta. Doesn’t strike me as a Chi Xo or Delta Gamma but I would love to know what are her letters. I thought about pledging a sorority and even was approached about it but decided against it. It’s a great way to meet people and build a lifelong network. But it’s expensive, time consuming, requires living with sorority housing. I enjoy having a very diverse friend group. At least at my university, the sororities could be kind of controlling about who they wanted you to hang with. So I decided to stay non-Greek.

Guys, I love this channel, but at 2:20 yeesh, I'd advise against inventing new words, haha. I'm saying it lovingly, it's a small mistake, there's no such word as "addriviation".
