do you know how much running per day is done in phase 1? ive been running 2kms and 3kms but have no idea what length i should train for

I wouldn’t really go about 8km unless your gong para/marine, you won’t run every day in training maybe once or twice a week. You might do 3-4 PT sessions a week max

@@KyleSmithFIT Alrighty thanks for the reply! im starting 3rd of april and im going into the royal signals as a cyber engineer. my 2km time is: 8.17 and my 3km time is: 13.04

@@westay4924 awe some mate, good luck, Sounds like your in a pretty good spot. I wouldn’t be too worried about running if you can do that time. What about strength, press ups etc…it’s good to have a half decent ability in them as well.

I have a question, I had cataract surgery, now afco says I would get assessed by the medical team but RM medical guidelines says I'd be permanently unsuitable, is it really just a guideline and I would get assessed properly at the medical stage? Don't want to apply and waste everyone's time

No mate, not as far as I can remember. What you planning on smuggling in like ? 🤣
