I am little bit confuse about interview when they will call the applicant for interview? After how many days or month or before selecting you for scholarship or after selecting you?

I have received conditional offer from Greenwich University and, I am little confused about the fee ,either we have to submit a fee to accept the offer or any other method to go with.
