@@OTWD_yt more than vrindavan go for barsana which is near vrindavan ...in barsana holi starts 15 days before itself....also the place becomes so much crowded so plz carefully plan it before giving it a try and carry some local for better and safe experience...Thank you for coming to INDIA..

@@OTWD_yt Please don't go there.. that'll be too much for you guys to handle.. it is 1000 times wild than Delhi.. don't believe me.. then just watch few of the vlogs of foreigners there.. it is too much for even an average Indian.. horny teen boys & horny uncles are high on alcohol & Bhaang(cannabis drink) & they will misbehave.. & they bring bad name to our festivals & country.. Good options will be touristic cities like Goa, Mumbai, Udaipur, Jaipur etc. there even street holis are much safer compared to places suggested in the comment above.

Not at all, do not go to crowded places on Holi, play only where events have been organised, otherwise you will find anti-social elements on roads and temples

As foreigner don't allow men to touch a women in any way even if it is a festival. This is India and every country has cultural differences. Indian people are brought up in strict gender differences concept so usually some men donot miss the chance of touching a women which might be very common in foreign country but not in India. All men are not bad but identifying them becomes difficult in a new place. The way one thinks when touching is important it can be safe or unsafe.
