Each college football team has home games about 6 a season so the fans are almost all fans of the home team.

There's so much more too, the Penn State White Out is always good, Jump Around at Wisconsin has actually registered on seismographs around the campus, but the Iowa tradition is probably the best in all of sports, there's also Sandstorm at South Carolina.

Howard's Rock for Clemson. It was gifted to Frank Howard a former coach for 30 years. It is a rock from Death Valley....the stadium is named Death Valley. It has been vandalized multiple times and now has a glass case around it until game day.

After attending the annual University of Florida (me) vs Florida State University (my wife) Game I can assure you it is so loud you can’t hear yourself think! School spirit is LOUD AND PROUD! (P.S. we stomped them)

i played college basketball (nowhere near this level)… best time of my life. my high school had 300ish students and the college had 12,000 🤣

The very first team, Florida State Seminoles, is the best entrance in all college football. The video didn't show you Chief Osceola (the mascot), riding his horse, Renegade, and throwing down his flaming spear at mid field. Penn State's white out is cool. Number 3, Clemson running down onto the field sucks. The video where you said, all that yellow, is the University of Michigan.

It's absolutely insane. So simple yet so impactful. When they charge down the hill, you can see the other players and coaches looking shook. I'll never forget Brian Kelly's face when he saw Clemson running down the hill in the 2015 season that put Clemson on the map. He looked terrified 😂

When the Clemson team gathers to run down The Hill, the players rub the Rock because of the mystical powers it is supposed to give Clemson players. The rock is mounted on a pedestal at the top of The Hill and was given to Coach Frank Howard by a friend who picked it up in Death Valley, Calif. The Rock was first placed on the pedestal at the top of The Hill on Sept. 24, 1966, a game Clemson won 40-35 over Virginia. The team started rubbing the Rock for the first game of 1967, a 23-6 win over Wake Forest on Sept. 23, 1967. It's brought them luck, so it's become a tradition.

I know I’m late here but the entrances are meant to intimidate the opposing teams. One I highly recommend is to check out a collage team doing the haka which is a Samoan war dance. My brother’s high school team did it I’d it for sure struck fear into the opposing teams hearts.

I live 20 minutes from Death Valley (Clemson). I also used to live near Ohio State (OSU) While the energy at both stadiums when their team is in playoffs is a bonkers environment.. Clemson.... There is something very special about Clemson. As the announcer said "most exciting 25 seconds in college football.." You can't get it through a screen, you'll never understand if you're not part of the crowd.
