The Casablanca reference is there was a piano player in the movie who played "As Time Goes By". So, the gesture he made was of putting his hands on a piano keyboard. As for Costco, I guarantee you it's like nothing you've ever seen before. What you can buy there is amazing.

It’s different in the UK, everyone cannot join Costco UK. Only current or retired employees of certain professions can become members. Although I’m not sure how well this is enforced.

After 9/11, everybody was a bit on edge over here in the States. One day while shopping at Costco, a lady noticed some people wearing turbans taking pictures of the building. She freaked out and called the cops. I ask the people wearing turbans, who ended up being Sikhs, what they were doing, and they replied they had never seen a store as big as the Costco building. They wanted to share with their families back home how big it was. It was only 15,000 square meters, but back then, I don't think buildings globally were at that size yet. Did you know you can buy caskets at Costco?

Anyone can get a Costco membership here in the states but it’s best for large families because everything is in bulk quantities and you definitely need a car to take everything home.

I love seeing you guys react to modern family, it's one of my favorite sitcom/mockumentary shows (Parks & Rec being first). As for Costco, it's the an incredible store, famous for its bulk grocery items for great prices like 50 pack of individual chips for $22 or 30 rolls of toilet paper for $25. Also has a large bakery with cakes, pastries, breads, very large frozen and refrigerated section, fresh fruits and veg. Costco also has furniture, clothes, toys, decorations, TVs, appliances, mattresses. And best part of all they have a HUGE selection of great wines, you can buy a case of beer or large bottles of hard alcohol, for example 1.75L bottle or tequila or vodka is ~$20-30. The membership is worth it for the low gas (petrol) prices alone. It's an incredible store, can be overwhelming when it's busy.

One thing this show is good with as well as relatability. Wife and I are literally Phil and Claire lol. The kids remind us of our kid so many different times. Also while you're at it, you've heard enough of Gloria's accent. Go look up Julie Bowen(Claire) Sofia impression (Gloria). It's hilarious and dead on. You noticing Phil sitting on the arm of the couch like Dylan did, there's so much little stuff like that and it's always so good.

@ I mean I guess they could still make it but if you want to know why I’m skeptical look at the Buffalo Sabres they’re both owned by the same guy lmao I just stopped watching both. I hope you enjoy Buffalo! If you go to Niagara Falls make sure to visit the Canadian side after the American side or the American side is underwhelming! Be careful the U.S. side is a little dodgy once you leave the state park walking into Canada is super easy though if you don’t want to pay the toll. Also you have to try the pizza/wings and blue cheese dressing in Buffalo it’s very unique! Buffalo pizza is one of my favorites. Each of the big cities in New York have their own kind of hotdog and pizza Buffalo has my favorite hotdog for sure! Even though they’re literally on every corner I recommend skipping Tim Hortons 😂

Costco is one of the two biggest "bulk" stores you'll find nationwide, alongside Sam's Club. The whole thing with these stores is that you'll find just about everything there, and most often (especially with food) they'll be in bulk for cheaper than they'd be elsewhere. A regular grocery store might have cartons of eggs as big as 18, but Costco might have 24 or 32 for a similar price. Great for when you need to stock up, like for a big holiday, or a winter storm, or for needing a lot of diapers for a newborn/toddler, for example.

If you don't have a membership, you're allowed to shop inside if you have a gift card for costco. It's a loophole. And if you do have a membership from any country, your membership is valid around the world. Mexico has the cheapest one... I watched a video on it yesterday lol
