Those scenes where Michael tricks Dwight into thinking he’s replacing Michael as the manager, and again when Michael confronts Dwight about his attempted coup, are like something out of The Godfather. Steve Carell is such a tremendous actor. He was able to convey all of the emotions on this face in a flawless manner.

Every time I see this episode, when Michael is debating what he should do with Dwight 9:20 and brings up the option of transferring him to another branch, I wonder what this show would have been like if he had transferred Dwight to Stamford. Pulling him out of the day to day of the office, but pairing him back up with Jim. I think it would have be too weird, but I like to think about this

so i have to ask you guys... i know youre not done with the U.S one and im not sure if you have seen the brittish office but if you have which one do you like better.. me personally the U.S one is unmatched both are good but steve and john krazinski are the difference maker. and dwight cant forget dwight

They did, over a decade ago. At the beginning of the first episode, they mentioned this. Then in a few other episodes, they brought up some of the characters, comparing them to The Office (UK). Especially Jim and Pam, when comparing their friendship to Tim and Dawn's & speculating where Jim and Pam's friendship would go. They have definitely dropped enough hints along the way to let viewers know that they saw The Office (UK).

They def need to pause because they talk over dialog sometimes that would help them understand what's going, for instance in this episode they started talking about movies at work and how weird it was but miss the part where pam stated how it started with the training videos. So pausing when they want to have a discussion about something would be the best.

@@MsMya89 Right. And I wanna add that for most of their reactions they're fine, it just seems that once or maybe twice per episode, they talk over a really good joke or a plot point. The jokes on The Office come fast and pretty 'rapid fire' so its hard to for reactors to make a comment without missing jokes. A simple pause in the video should fix that, but like the other commenter said, it does break up the spontaneity of the reaction.

@MsMya89 Hey, we don’t miss these scenes. But I have to edit out a lot of content to be able to pass KZbin checks. This episode alone was blocked 5 times before I successfully got it through. I have to tell the best story I can with the knowledge almost everyone has seen the episodes beforehand. Pam’s explanation was good for us but was a scene I needed to cut out.
