There was an episode earlier on when Pam suspected Angela/Dwight and was trying to prove it. Jim dismissed it right away, but the camera man helped her put together a few clues..Then she asked Phyllis if Phylis knew of any secret romances. Phylis said "you mean you and Jim?"... that caused Pam to take 50 steps back and leave Jim out of her suspicions and just keep it all to herself.
