People who listen to this for the very first time, who don't know Gary Valenciano, would expect this to be just another ballad full of emotion. If you don't know where he's coming from (and I mean what he's been through, health-wise) will not be able to relate. This is a very spiritual song because Gary is a very spiritual person. I'm sure he dedicates this to everyone who is literally suffering through this pandemic, particularly, all the afflicted and all the frontliners who are helping them to heal.
