Hi everyone! I'm excited to take you through my race at the British Olympic Trials in the 3000m steeplechase. It was an incredible journey that saw me achieve a new PB of 9:45 and finish 3rd. It's amazing to see how much the standard of the steeplechase has improved. Last year, no one ran sub-10 minutes, but this year, 9:45 only got me third, and sub-10 was needed for a top 6 finish. The competition is fiercer than ever!
