​@@sharonb537you have to focus on weight to an extent when you're that caliber of runner. But it's important to eat well, maintain muscle, and be an ideal running weight, rather than undereat and get weak, under ideal weight, and injured.

I’m trying to figure out why she is so much better than the other girls. Well just look at her she’s tiny not much weight to carry around and she has legs like a running machine that light weight frame and her strong legs is why she’s the best.

That s how the west africans are very tiny and slim and usually shorter string fast legs high attitude breathing their Whole life running culture lots of competition. Good training.

And some people are just natural runners sprinters distance swimmers climbers musicians geniuses etc.
