Countries have been bbq'ing food for centuries before the US was even founded. The US is an accumulation of other cultures so it makes sense why the culture there are things adopted from other cultures and mostly a mix of things from other countries, what immigrants have brought from Europe, Africa, Asia etc. To find authentic North American food you'd have to go to a native American and even then it's probably different to what it used to be.

I know this video is 8 months old 💀 But as someone who used to work at manc City and United as a chef.. I wouldn't personally eat there. The other chefs/cooks don't care about washing their hands at all, the food is so processed, they will served undercooked/Overcooked food. Hygiene safety is such a big issue.

It's always very funny to see other countries try and imitate "american" style food, because it's always extremely over the top and ridiculous, because it's a game of culinary telephone, where a country makes the food, america kind of steals it, and then the country steals it back again but makes it more "american".

okay im going to lose my mind, what is it with Americans and being obsessed with melting cheese. cheese literally has less flavour when you melt it, sometimes it's fine not to melt your cheese ffs. like I'll see Americans on twitter and they'll freak out about a cheese sandwich with non-melted cheese because apparently the only way to enjoy cheese is to melt it into relatively flavourless goo. and what's wrong with raw onions again, raw onions have all the flavour, cooking them just makes them taste of less and give them a greasy texture
@Fishpetter9672 жыл бұрын
It’s not about the flavor, It’s about the texture and the experience. Eating a burger with non melted cheese is one of the lowest points in life an American can experience.
@Shazam19982 жыл бұрын
@@Fishpetter967 Im gonna sure as hell have more of an experience eating a tasty burger than I do one with a goo that tastes like nothing and doesnt add anything. Every other country on this earth is perfectly contend with eating non melted cheese.
