British Powerlifting Union South Yorkshire qualifier

We travelled to Rotherham South Yorkshire with our two female powerlifters, Aliyah Rashid and Simona Lighean for the south Yorkshire A/BPU qualifier.
With Aliyah doing the full powerlifting, squat, bench press and deadlift. And Simona doing deadlift only.
They both absolutely smashed it!
