I love how since it's Luke's first time in Korea, too, everyone keeps feeding him so he can enjoy the trip even though he's working. Also how Josh is actually better with spice than the guy who grew up on Ghanaian food because of all the spice challenges he's done. And, yes, peanut M&Ms are great for killing spice. Starch, sugar, fat, cold, and casein are the best things for cooling your mouth off from spicy food, and peanut M&Ms are all sugar, fat, and starch. Slightly better than milk, since milk is usually cold, fat, sugar, and casein, which are all things that help neutralize the spice, but starch actually scrapes it off, so combining starch with one of the others is your best bet. (That or going for _really_ cold and _lots_ of fat, sugar, and casein, which is why ice cream is even better!) The _fastest_ way to get rid of spice is actually mouthwash (or swish-and-spit with vodka or everclear), because capsacin is highly soluble in alcohol, but it really hurts while you're doing it, because you're piling the burn of alcohol on top of the burn from the capsacin.

I discovered this channel just this week and I binge watch All their videos and I can say that BUVNA is one of my favorites actually all of cast and guest are my favorite but this two has a special place on my heart. Usually in Rappers we see them as a tough person or they have a tough personality but with Isaac and Barney you can see that With their profession they have a deep appreciation of everything. I gotcha! It's how I finally got up the courage to try a local Korean BBQ restaurant in a new city I moved to. Watching all these videos made we want to eat the food so much! I actually learned how to make Korean fried chicken cause I can't eat regular fried chicken (wheat allergy) and now I have several Korean cookbook and will travel a ways to go to a Hmart to get stuff I need to cook. This channel has definitely allowed me to see more of the world.
