What's clearer about what he said? it doesn't make sense what he said, he said the Ukrainians are losing a lot of men and he wants the west to send more heavy weapons, someone has to use these heavy weapons, Nato is using Ukrainians some of them children to fight its war, once they are all dead they will send Poland to claim its old territory and bingo Nato will be in Ukraine, it could be the reason Russia is building its military in Belarus, Poland and Nato are playing the wolf in a sheep clothing, the sooner the war ends they go back to the drawing board and try to carve up Ukraine claiming Lviv is actually Poland territory taking by the Soviet Union,

@@gdiwolverinemale2745 Had to Google Neocon, I'm Swedish. Actually here under my real name. Liar? He and I have our opinions and you have yours. It's actually called democracy. Russia is at closest 265 km (165 miles) from Sweden, the military enclave of Kaliningrad. Greetings from Sweden.

@@rudolfabelin383 I doubt you can learn about Neocons by googling the term. The owner of Google (Alphabet) is one of them. As for democracy, there is little of it left in the West. I presume the influx of crime from Southern Europe is what you and other Swedes have enthusiastically voted for. Russia has been minding its own business until "democracy" arrived at its doorstep in the form of the most corrupt country in Europe, Ukraine, begging the US to become its paid vassal, since regular work is too hard for the Ukies. Of course, the US could not resist the opportunity to use the morons against its arch-enemy. Here we are on a brink of a nuclear war. For what? I expected Swedes to be wiser, but hey, stupidity knows no borders

@@gdiwolverinemale2745 It would be interesting to discuss this over a beer. Ukraine has a problem with corruption, probably inherited from the Soviet times. Hard to get rid of, Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Lozinsky was arrested yesterday. Again, Greetings from Sweden.
@gdiwolverinemale2745
@gdiwolverinemale2745 Жыл бұрын
@@rudolfabelin383 That discussion would be short. If Ukraine remained neutral, and the scmbags running it, insisted on hard work, productivity and the rule of law, there would not be any hostilities with Russia. Why would Russia attack a peaceful neutral country, which it could trade with? Why are you blaming the Soviet Union for something that Ukrainian leadership so vehemently rejects ..... and then continues in the best traditions of communist militantism? Lozinsky arrested? One swallow does not a summer make. All of the Ukrainian leadership should be arrested and replaced. Then perhaps the people of Ukraine would have a chance.

The nukes didn't belong to Ukraine, they just hosted them, like we do for the USA here in Britain, we do not own them, we just pay to sail them around on our subs, we don't make them, we don't service them, that's done in New York, we don't get to select the targets, and we need permission to fire at said selected targets, so not ours, and this was the exact same situation with Ukraine, Russia made them, Russia selected the targets, Russia serviced them and Russia got to say if they are to be used or not. That is sad...all those excuses...Just one question - would germany be so passive if some of those thousands of rockets were leveling Berlin? Would sholz still think that we are giving too much to fight with terrorists? And also - what is there to wait? I think that western pockets aren't as deep as we think they are. Sooner those terrorists are terminated and pushed out of Ukraine - sooner we can start rebuilding Ukraine. Or germany really thinks it is wise to let terrorists from r.SS.a level all Ukraine - so we can spend more money to rebuild?!? And all those excuses that germany is big country etc...please - tell that fairytale to your grandchildren... Smells like terrorist money from r.SS.a

Yes and no. Why don't you Brits send over your entire fleet of MBTs first and get substitutes from the US? They have 3700 (!) M1 sitting around as reserves in the California desert. Better standardization within NATO, you signed the Budapest memorandung in 1994 with Russia and the US and have not protected their borders. Oh, and you're a nuclear power. And oh, we got 1 mio refugees from Ukraine. So basically get of that blame others chair and give the the entire fleet. Simplifies logistics and who cares about Vickers as a producder anyhow (yes, I know they are called differently now). Why would German tank tech end up in Russian hands at the front? Oh, and how many TR85, TR850, M84 and T72 are left in Eastern Europe which you haven't substituted yes? Stop the blame game and make sure all Soviet times kit ends up first in Ukraine, that should have happened and be finished by the end of April 2022. So yes, I think Scholz is as spineless as I expected him to be, but after the Budapest memo and your Brexit disaaster, how about you go all in and get US Abrams as substitutes? Just saying.

Common sense just may become the only stopping force with such news returning to the Soviets of how badly they're performing as well as how many they're losing. I concur. But, Ukraine needs longer range offenses immediately to conclude these results as fast as possible by destroying the attacking positions.

200 Bradleys would make a difference. The AMX 30 mixed with German versions of MARTA mixed with Russian tanks in service with Ukrainians in combination with wheeled artillery and 777s would make a difference. Is there ammunition for Russian held Ukrainian tanks? 20 more HIMARS would make a great difference with a complete line of longer range missiles. A number of missiles and cruise missiles to prepare a shock and awe to enter into counter attacks would also help. Ten JS Gripens, 12 Turcano aircraft would be nice.

@@a5cent No because most of the foreign mercenaries were bored. Had all been involved in previous NATO wars so must have had the same idea that they can call in Air strikes and artillery strikes. Followed the propaganda that the Russians were weak and ill-equipped or that Ukraine is the defender of the “free world” and you must go “do your part”. Then once they get there they are shocked because its nothing like what they would have expected. Now thousands are dead and thousands have left.

23:13 "and at what point do the Russian people themselves ..." The answer is only when the people themselves, each person individually, have really suffered so much pain that it's simply unbearable, that is when they will act, not a second before. 500.000 dead mobilized conscripts could do it or maybe even not just yet. Anyway, if Ukraine hurries and locks out the Crimea supply line, some of that could be avoided. I think that would be a nice bonus.

Is the tooth to tail on the Abrams too much for the war in Ukraine? Would it be better to have more Bradleys and Marders along with the Leopards. There are logistic problems with Challenger, so it may need to be in one area. Needs lots more artillery and ammunition. Russia hasn't been in a real war since WW2. It has been in fights but hasn't been all in for over 80 years. It's fallen back on using the old strategy of overwhelming numbers.

Russias last major war was in Syria where they gave 80% of Syria back into the control of the government. This allowed Russians to understand modern warfare, modern tactics and modern technology they were not able to use in previous wars. They also learned a lot from the Chechen wars and the importance that artillery plays in war.

No progress, or very little progress as we see here with Soledar in 5 months of active fighting and 8 years of stalemate, is not winning, that's losing. You know what winning looks like? Operation Desert Storm. russians havent done anything appreciable in decades, and even then they had to commit war crimes and crimes against humanity in those conflicts as well to be able to get anything done. At very least the USA has tight rules with the ROE and Geneva convention et al. "Theyll never defend Ky...." Defends Kyiv "Theyll never take Izium" liberates Izium "Theyll never take Kharkiv" liberates Kharkiv "Theyll never take Kherson" Liberates Kherson if only russians knew what a trend was.

The US should let the Europeans handle the Tank issue. Ukraine says they need 300 Leopards of which there over 2000 in Central & Eastern Europe. The US should offer 1 Abrams for every Leopard donated to Ukraine. The US MUST provide Airpower to Ukraine. F-16s, F-15Es, A-10s & Apache Attack Helicopters. These Systems coupled with Infantry, Main Battle Tanks, Fighting Vehicles & Long Range Artillery on the Ground are the only way to win this War.
