I see a lot of differences only between the Italian part of Switzerland vs the German part, so I can imagine the huge differences between two countries across the ocean, even if the language is the same, thank you for these videos. Maybe it's because I try to keep my learnt English in school up to date with (US) movies, but in doing so I struggle more to understand the UK-accent, and I am Euopean! I feel so stupid! So "not even" means "not yet"? In health we have something in between: They treat you immediately in emergency (like UK) but if it can wait a moment you have to fill out forms over forms with your contact, the family contacts, the employer contacts, the assurance contacts, the description of the accident and so on, to be sure they will get paid (like US)
