The scouse accent that we imagine today wasn’t exactly in existence in the 1930s. A Liverpool accent would’ve been more akin to Manchester and Lancashire. I do agree that he has a slight Irish sound in this clip, which might reflected the changing demographics of Liverpool at the time- Definitely not scouse though.

@@POWPOW-rn5uq Nonverbal communication plays a significant role in understanding human behavior. It involves observing subtle cues such as body posture, facial expressions, and hand gestures. John 3:16-21 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. Mark 1.15 15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Hebrews 11:6 6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Jesus

Sure, but remember that back in the 1930s plenty of European countries (not the UK, sure) had authoritarian governments, it was nothing unusual by the standards of the era, and Nazi Germany hadn't committed genocidal crimes yet. (It was oppressive of course, but mostly within the unfortunate standards of that time). Even in democratic countries, the police shooting at street protests wasn't unusual, not to mention that eg. the US had racial segregation too. Had Hitler died before WW2 started, he'd be remembered like a 20th century von Bismarck.
