@@serhat6181 He wasn't a great prime minster, but he did achieve many outstanding things. Before WW1, he reformed the naval system by implementing an air force, moving funds to the development of tanks and upgraded weapon sizes of ships as well as focusing on battleship development, a superior ship to that of the Quadruple Alliance. This would also later play a large role in WW2. He also spurred the development of a minimum wage in the UK in order to minimise the exploitation of miners at the time. He managed to rally Britain together, something the other leaders couldn't do. Morale was at an all time low and he managed to invoke the British fighting spirit. This rallying managed to lead Britain from defeat to victory. He also significantly impacted the allied war strategy during the war. After the war, he successfully managed to rally the west against the expansion of communist Russia. He also earned a Nobel prize for literature.

@Leymonzzz 'Britain was mostly just support' You're a true hollywood brainwashed simpleton. 1 year of fighting alone and Britain was just 'support'? Who were they supporting when it was only them left? Hollywood and American movies have managed to convince a whole generation, including you, that Britain didn't do much. History tells us otherwise. Turn Netflix off, open a book and do some research. You'll be amazed.

A scholarly study found that British colonialism resulted in approximately 165 million deaths in India from 1880 to 1920 while stealing at least $45 trillion in wealth from the country. Tens of millions more Indians died in human-made famines that were caused by the British Empire. The impact of British colonial policies during this period was devastating, with excess deaths far surpassing those caused by famines in the Soviet Union, Maoist China, and North Korea combined. This tragic chapter in history underscores the immense human cost of empire-building and exploitation.
