if the ship isn't ended Wednesday and only a temporary conservator is appointed, the temp conservator can investigate the files from jamie's atty's law firm. If judge penny decides to just end it Wednesday, more than likely Brit's atty won't be able to access the documents and search for illegal activity to charge them with a crime. This is the reason jamie's atty (vivian) wants to suddenly end it instead of temporarily suspending jamie. So even if it's not fully ended Wednesay it's still a win for Brit bc her temp conservator can look at the files and find evidence to charge jamie etc

Yes, on another news outlet someone close to her spoke out - I think it was her assistant Felicia who's been with her even before the cship... Britney had sushi one night and she liked it so much she asked (had to get permission for take-outs y'know) if she could have it again. Jamie said no it's too expensive so Britney said in that case she'll order it via someone else and Jamie threatened her that she wouldn't see her kids if she ordered sushi. Hearing how they tracked her every move, even in her bedroom, is just twisted and sick. Makes my blood boil. That Judge Penny has also refused lawyer Christopher Melcher's petition for the hearing to be held live on September 29. I can only imagine why.

We also have to remember that Britney is a child star- she's been a work horse her entire life. She's been paraded around like a show pony and groomed to follow direction and do what she was told since the Disney days. She's never been treated like an adult or given the opportunity to experience life without control and the one period of time she finally got to be free to make mistakes and do the things most of us get out of our system in college, she got pregnant. They say people's mental capacity stops at the age they become massive celebrities ..so if you think about it from that angle, her behavior over the years makes perfect sense. Normal does not apply to those who have experienced only abnormal environments and situations. Many celebs have this almost childish or immature nature because they haven't had the opportunity to evolve psychologically. If you treat a popstar like she's 16 forever, why would you throw her is a mental institution for acting like a 16 year old lol.
