Miami are being killed by injuries this year. They already had 8 guys out, then they lost another starter in this game. Basically, Messi is playing with 3-4 actual starters, and the rest are reserved and acadamy players. Also, for Nashville Mukhtar is trying to do it himself because no on else is stepping up. They really need another striker, and Surridge just isn't providing enough.

I'm from Miami, go to inter Miami games quite often, for those of you who have never been to Florida, it's extremely humid here. I've played football my whole life, when I was a kid humidity didn't affect me, I could run for days, the older I got the more tire I would get half way thru games.. humidity can drain you, Nashville players and inter Miami players looked tired past the 60th minute, it was extremely humid. Messi himself has said that Humidity affects him a whole lot down here, it affects everyone, even the fans in the stands, it's hot and humid, it's insane. Speed Games slow down a whole during the summer here, it's a lot faster during the winter. That's why you see so many players not being able to recover fast, because they're too tired 🤷🏾‍♂️

Hugo Lloris is going to LA as is Giroud. Neymar, Di Maria, Modric, are also rumored to come to MLS as well. Unfortunately, the MLS is still the graveyard for former greats and not current greats. You will never see Mbappe, Haaland or other top players in their prime in the MLS in the next 20 years. I think the Saudi league will be nothing in less than 10 years.

There were teams in Miami before Inter Miami. The Miami Fusion were an MLS club that folded along with Tampa Bay Mutiny. Miami FC is a team still currently playing in USL Championship which is second level of US soccer pyramid.

The whole freakin' gang! Well done. Would be nice if you give those of us here in the US who don't know much about UK/world football some insights into offensive and defensive strategy. To me it seems to have a lot of similarities to basketball and hockey, but on a larger area. Give and go, pick plays, back door and defensively, zone, man-to-man, and hybrids (in basketball one might see diamond and one, for example).

Just wanna say, I really enjoy Declan on the vids. Seems like a great man. I know he’s a business owner/Father and all, so im sure he’s busy, but would really enjoy any future features if he has the time. Also, you three sitting together is just great energy. The father, his first child who’s a successful business/family man, and the youngest being a kid Gaynor found 3 years ago, high on spice, so she brought him home out of sympathy (She found you begging to find your imaginary boyfriend who went “Missing”. Miami had two top tier US professional clubs before Inter Miami. in the old NASL days when Pele came over, there was the Miami Toros who rebranded to the Fort Lauderdale Strikers (FLS) from 1972- 1983. Then when MLS first started up Miami Fusion were one of the first expansion clubs in 1997, but then were dissolved in 2002 along with the Tampa Bay Mutiny. When NASL reformed as the tier 2 league, Fort Lauderdale Strikers reformed and ran from 2006 to 2016. There were plans to have the FLS become a farm team for Inter Miami, when IM move to Freedom Park in 2025. The biggest problem with all the franchises is that the venues that hosted the clubs were never near the Spanish Cuban communities that was in south Miami. The Hard Rock stadium and current venue for Inter Miami (Chase Stadium) are located far north, in Fort Lauderdale, which was away from the ethnic communities based in Miami. Freedom Park will be located just south of the international Airport in central Miami, which is blocks away from the Spanish communities.

We had a team in Miami but at that time football wasn't very popular down here. Most of our Hispanics were still Cubans and other baseball loving latinos like myself. The South American population has exploded since then and we were probably ready for an MLS team 10 years ago. Beckham was fighting with the City of Miami for years to get a permit for the stadium because MLS requires a football specific stadium to get a new franchise. The city was having a hard time figuring out how to steal money from this project since it will be 100% privately funded. I guess they figured it out because they finally approved the permit and Inter Miami was officially announced to start play in 2020. 😂😂😂
