Britstops Tour - The Piebald Inn Hunmanby Filey - The Pub With 52 Pie Choices -

In this episode, we leave the Tan Hill Inn and head to the Yorkshire coast and visit Saltburn on Sea for the first time. After a great afternoon in Saltburn, we take the scenic coastal road driving through the Yorkshire seaside towns of Sandsend, Whitby, and Scarborough before arriving at our Britstop for the night, The Piebald Inn at Hunmanby near Filey.
There, we are spoilt for choice on their famous 52 pie choice menu.

You deserve more subs your videos are brilliant, never been to Saltburn , Dans Mum lives in Humnanby , we stayed at the primrose valley haven recently by my Mums and Dans Mums as premier inn was asking £152 a night lol anyway we stayed there for very cheap, looked to go again omg prices were like £800

More Saltburn on Sea than Piebald Inn Hunmanby. No problem as S on Sea is a wonderful spot to visit. Love the Yorkshire coast. But they did a disservice to Hunmanby a picturesque little village just outside Primrose Valley, Filey. The Pieblad did get some air time and to be fair it was time well spent as those pies look delicious with that huge range of fillings. Beautiful. Shout out for Hunmanby too as there are some excellent other eating places with a handsome church in the centre. Of historical interest is the 1834 village lock-up on Stonegate which was built to house the town drunks. A key year in British history is 1834 as it was when the Poor Law Amendment Act was passed which basically turned the poor into criminals who faced time in the Workhouse if they fell into penury. Think of the beginning of Oliver Twist!

You should visit Saltburn, it's a very pleasant and traditional seaside town. Yes, Camp Creator is for YT creators with MH's, campervans & van lifers.😀

Looks a nice place to stay overnight though it would be too tempting as we are trying to behave diet wise 😄 We was in Scarborough the other week and we also commented on how busy it was in the area for March.

It really is a lovely pub. Yes, I agree, if you are watching what you eat then probably not the best menu, the portions are massive and beat us both. Enjoyed it though 😀
