Idk if there are different ways for countries or regions to make a Long Island Ice Tea, but I make it this way: - 15ml of each spirit: tequila, gin, vodka, rum - 15 ml of triple sec (cointreau) - 15 ml of lime juice - shake until hands are too cold to hold the shaker - add ice to a tall glass - top with coca cola until the glass is full But anyways, i was so nervous when she poured in coke aswell cause of the carbonation lol

A properly made Long Island Iced Tea is delicious. I tried it once without knowing how many kinds of alcohol there were in it and I was shocked when I found out because I barely tasted the alcohol! It's one of my favourites. It's supposed to look like an iced tea colour which is why it was that pale brown and it's usually served in a tall, slim glass - with an umbrella if you're lucky 🥰💜 Now I want one 🤣

Bitter drinks like Aperol Spritz have their uses though! This type of drink is called aperitif and is served before a meal to stimulate the appetite, Martini and Campari are in the same category of drinks. Aperol truly shines on a hot summer’s day when you only had coffee the entire day and you’re about to absolutely demolish a plate of pizza with the creamiest burrata… I think you would love European summers
