But I definitely hated dealing with the fact that my GM gave me the HARDEST time about my hair (I was the only black girl at first they later hired 2 more ). Do it If you really want to! It has its pros and cons. I loved it and hated it at the same time, lol. It's an extremely easy serving job. Its just the rules are very strict. If you can stand the uniform ( I actually thought it was very comfortable )... you can stand only wearing neutral makeup, having only French nails, no tattoos, and having your hair down and done perfect every day..then you will be fine.

At Hooters, you can't do any of this. As a stripper you're free to be completely in charge of your self-expression and your overall look. Strippers are basically artists. Hooters is WAY more strict. This was a good video girl! I'm 31 now, but when I was 18 to 20 years old I worked at Hooters!...it was 1 of the best jobs I've ever had BUT there was ALOT I hated about it as well. Our managers sucked except for 1..so yeah..they made it stressful Plus...it was a Hooters in the country in the south..so most of our customers were ol' country men..& sadly they werent the best of tippers. Luckily, I DID have my regulars that made up for the shitty tippers. I would have quit bc of the clientele at that location if it hadnt have been for my regulars. The biggest tip I ever got was $100...that was a good day & all the other girls were SO freaking mad lol. & sadly, I did get overly hit on & asked to go home with customers for 3 somes & such. I'll never 4get..1 business man was from out of town..he flat out told me he was staying n the hotel behind Hooters & told me he had no limit on his black American Express card & he legit asked me how much of a tip did I want..I felt very uncomfortable & I said just please tip me whatever you think I deserve from my service here..and he tipped me $50. I said omg thank you so much..got the receipt from him. Came back and he asked me AGAIN to come to his hotel after I got off work. He then said if my tip wasnt enough, he would add however much I "wanted". I said NO, $50 is plenty & I was so freaked out but I didnt want to make a scene bc I worked with some nasty girls that would have gone with him..ugh. anyways...I was very polite & nicely declined..i told him that we arent allowed to do that there.. And I told him it would get me fired if anyone found out. He asked me like 5 more times before finally leaving. I couldnt believe it. We had a "bike night"..aka motorcycle night..& a bunch of wasted bikers came in & kept drinking. I had a couple ..lady and man..tell me they would pay me $1,000 to go home w/ them & have a 3sum. I said I was flattered but I had to politely decline. ( I had not been tipped yet so I wasn't about to be rude and get no tip after having to deal w/ them being wasted for hours ). I told my manager tho after they left. Another bike night, I had a drunk lady biker grab my boobs! She was actually a bike night regular so I didnt get that mad bc I somewhat knew her as a regulsr..but if it had been anyone else I would have freaked out. She said she wanted to feel them because she said they looked fake but yet real at the same time hahaha and I said thank you. She told me her and her husband had been arguing over who was right. Km just glad it was her that grabbed them and not her husband..bc then I would have smacked him and manager would have kicked his ass. Those were the some of the craziest things that happened to me...but I deff. Have more ...crazier stories. They involve managers though so I wont write. Idk if you know this or not but Hooters is VERY strict about what you post on social media..etc..when I worked there I had to sign paper work that I would never even wear my uniform outside of work and take pictures in it etc...that I wouldnt ever let anyone borrow or have my uniform for things like a Halloween costume etc...and I remember I had to sign paper work saying I wouldnt talk about the work place etc...it was really weird paper work. Do they not still have those rules there? Like I know if I posted a KZbin video like this one..I could have gotten in BIG trouble and would have def. Been fired. I remember it was a huge deal that we werent allowed to be seen out of work in our uniforms. .not even sweat pants over and showing just the shirt. Have the rules changed? I never understood why they were so strict about those rules.
