yesss I would love to see the pilot reaction!! it’d be so cute to see how young all of the cast were and how the original premise of the show was created like the foundations of it, because if it wasn’t for the pilot, we would have no ‘nationals is right around the corner’, no jiley, no tissues for our issues, no 1 million dramatic dance battles, no white walls, no talking heads, no juice bar/ cafe/ social setting that changes every season, no one walking into studio 1 or A whilst another dancer is doing a solo, no shawarmas, no alternate drama and no dance captains. I’m sure there’s a whole lot more, the list can go on, but I would love to see the pilot! 🤞🏼🫶🏼

24:00 - It was Season 7. I remember you were rooting for Nick and Emily to get together during that time. The show even teased the idea of them later on in the season with the episode where Emily got a secret admirer. She assumed it was Nick only to later discover it was Michelle who was her secret admirer as she sent her gifts, love letters and food. It was funny seeing your reaction to that episode because I remember you desperately hoping for it to be Nick. When I first watched it, I thought Hunter was gonna be Emily’s secret admirer but I was wrong too lmao. Loved your reaction to the Nick and Moxxie flirtation scene. It’s great to have Shad in this season too. I’ll list a few questions here as you request at the end of the video. Do you have a personal favourite song or music piece in The Next Step? these editing issues are giving me total war flashbacks to my final year of uni during covid where our theatre performances had to be small group screen performances instead, and a whole section of my group’s performance would not play properly, like i could only get the audio working, and we couldn’t refilm it at that point (eventually managed to fix it thank god, but it took a good four hours of group stress)
