I doubt that. Both brothers, especially Terrell, were incredibly petty drama queens during Hollywood week, and definitely earned Simon's ire. They're amazing singers, but at that point in their careers, they would have been horrible to work with, and that matters in Idol.

Besides at the time it wasnt in their past...they lied and said it was in their past, but one if not both of them still had an active warrant out during the Hollywood week.
