To add to this, the darker hair color faded FAST. I will show you in next week's video (it's a fun TEMU one!). In fairness, I do shampoo my hair every day (NOT my favorite habit I have picked up). Which will obviously make the color fade faster, but this color did go away quickly. Just something to keep in mind if you look at purchasing this. I hope you have a great Sunday & I can't wait to see you next week!

hey girlie, just wanted to let you know just incase; i think it looked like you were trying to cover your sons name; but then when you placed the bowling pin down (closer to the end of the video) it's facing forwards and you can see it. 💖 and E6000 glue to bedazzle shoes ✨☺️

I just this gadget today. I have dark hair with spaced out grey roots. I either did not blend in the color with my fingers or it's just not going to do the job in covering the grey. The only thing it has going for itself is that you don't have to mess with making sure all the hair length is covered with dye. I don't have long nor thick hair, so there should be some dye left in the cartridge. I will see tomorrow since I will try to redo the areas that were left grey. 1st try - not impressed with result and the price point is too high, maybe $50 for the device and $17.99 for the dye would make up for DIY at home

Same here I've suffered with depression and anxiety for many years, life has been emotionally draining, last night I finally cut my narcissistic mother out of my life as the controlling manipulation and toxicity is pushing me over the edge, hopefully things will improve with time and the emotional scars will begin to heal. Hope each and every person suffering can heal too and find peace with themselves.

Thanks, Brittnee! I have been wanting to purchase this product but I had reservations because (of course) you can ONLY use L'oreal color cartridges. Plus, I thought, 'can it really be that effective"? But your demonstration was great! (Your hair does look beautiful, I know it's hard to see when you're filming. And I love that you used TWO colors!) You're adorable and I truly appreciate your honest assessment. I know it's pricey, but with my long hair, I would still pay more at the salon or for the high-end color I use at home. (Maybe one day, they'll invent cartridges we can fill ourselves I can add my favorite brand?) I do think L'Oreal will expand its color palette, I am sure consumers will demand it. That said, I'm going to go ahead and buy this device. I hope I'm as successful using it as you been! I'm now subscribed to this channel and I will hunt down your cooking channel and subscribe there, too. You rock!!! xoxo

I’m still chuckling over ‘he’s going to pee himself’! You’re a phenomenal mum and person 💚🙏 Nifty money grab idea by L’Oréal but it takes me approximately 5-10 minutes to do my box dye on my waist length hair with a bowl and brush. Clean up is included in that time. I am excited about the recipe book. My family thanks you for the yummy meals and snacks, by the way! Your hair channel is NOT boring. I have a gorgeous at home fringe because of you. Cheers lovely, have a brilliant week.

I am so sorry to be this person I can't use L'Oreal products. It kind of irritates me that they've gone through all this work to become this "eco-friendly" company but here we are almost 2025 and they are still not cruelty free, the tool itself is a really cool concept I have polymyositis so very bad damage in the muscles in my upper arms, something like this definitely would save me a lot of arm work but the fact that I'd have to use it with L'Oreal products only is a big no.

Could you do a video on growing out natural gray/white while adjusting the previously colored hair as it goes through the transitioning? I have been coloring my gray/white roots since I was 21 and now after 40 yrs of dyed black hair I stopped coloring. Through the process I have gotten impatient and bleached my last bit of black which brassed out...I watch all your videos and followed your direction for toning so I have it non brassy but not a color I would like. Maybe you could do a series on transitioning dyed to natural....I am probably not alone in seeking your wisdom on this subject❤ Thanks in advance for all your educational entertaining videos!

She says you can’t tell how much product you have left in a color cartarage but right on the wand is a FILL STATUS bar in 25% increments…so the wand has a gas tank indicator. This is a great product for ROOT TOUCH-UPS. It makes that process much cleaner and more surgical. Using a brush always gets other hairs and product application isn’t always uniform.

I stumbled across your channel when I heard about the colorsonic - thank you!! I'd thought it might be a cleaner, handy way to touch up my grey roots or add a few highlights in between salon coloring. I've found "doing the box" to be a huge mess & I always seem to get the wrong haircolor. The last time I tried it, I opened a window with just my fingertip... and when I got out of the post-color shower? Big old brown blotch on the white window. I had to paint it - what a pain!!! Anyway, just wanted to thank you thank you for this video. I'm not getting the colorsonic tho it's much less than the salon. Seems like it's still a stinky messy PITA. Love your video style & am going to check out your other vids. And drink more water!!

The entire point of this device is to eliminate the need to section your hair into quarters. If you use it as designed, there is no need to use your fingers to work it into your hair. So I somewhat feel like this video did not give it a good try. This video reminds me of photographers who are unfamiliar with cameras with eye detect autofocus trying to override what the camera is doing and take control the autofocus themselves, thus negating the purpose of buying a camera with eye detect autofocus in the first place. By sectioning your hair and then lifting strands you are preventing the device from working as intended. It is designed so that you can simply comb through your hair. No sectioning or manually lifting of strands needed. This is extremely helpful to folks with gray roots who have a difficult time getting the upper back crown of their hair evenly saturated. Wld love to see you perhaps give this a second try, using it as it was designed to be used? Seems only fair. Love your videos, but this one was a bit of a miss for me. This device cld save folks money over time, as now we can get the backs of our head and not have to pay a salon every 3-6 weeks.

I feel the need to defend the Colorsonic somewhat. From the perspective of someone who mainly uses color to cover grey hair & does it by themself without the best vision, this device may be worth it. Its main function is to put color on your roots without you having to see it perfectly. It cuts back on time since you don't have to manually part your hair over & over. There is value in saving time & effort which adds up when you need touch ups every few weeks.
