Not so fun fact. Steven Tyler is a pedophile. He's being sued by a woman who was 16 when she met Tyler at an Aerosmith concert in 1973 and he was 25. He talked her mom into signing custody over to him so she'll be taken care of financially and have her enrolled into a good school. But he wanted guardianship so he could crowe state lines with her and not he arrested because she was a mimor. For 3 years he got her drunk and high on every drug, made her get an abortion, smacked her around ect. And this is all truth because there's pictures of them together and Tyler talked about the relationship and her age both in his memoir and a Rolling Stone interview. Nobody believed her so he was never arrested. But she can sue and hopefully she gets everything from that chomo scumbag. There's also a documentary called "Look Away" that has interviews with the girl Steven Tyler was sexually abusing as well the stories about Axl Rose doing the same thing with underage girls, even once when he was going to be charged but the charges were dropped when her family got money. And many more famous rock stars and victims came forward in the documentary. Apparently it was a known thing and nobody cared.

I have loved Liv Tyler from the first time I saw her in a movie. Her personality and look were just soooo compelling. I was totally flabbergasted when I was told she is Steven Tyler’s daughter. I shouldn’t have been. I’ve met Steven a couple of times just out and about on the street in NY. I shouldn’t have been. She radiates her dad’s vibe. What a great guy. Really friendly, and seemingly a very happy, relaxed, and contented person. One time was at Bryant Park, another was in SOHO. The best though was when I took a friend who was visiting that wanted to go to Strawberry Fields in Central Park, and there he was, singing “Julia,” to his girlfriend at the time who named Julia. He saw and recognized me, pointed, laughed, and said, “how ya doin.” I’ve got video of him singing Julia.

They developed a close relationship after that. She’s also the brunette in “I don’t want to miss a thing” so the clip from the film where she puts her hand on the static-filled screen, and in the video it cuts to her hand on his face in the screen is a little Easter egg.

No this isnt a movie. The brown haired girl is Stevens Daughter Liv Tyler. Steve Tyler didnt meet until she was 10 years old. But nonetheless. This would be a great movie, if it were a movie. To explain the ending to this music video, you'll have to watch the video "Amazing". Its off the same album 1993's Get A Grip. The entire album is phenomenal.

In the 90's I was a full time musician living in the coastal town of Scituate Massachusetts. All the Boys from Aerosmith lived within five miles of me. Yes, they were and are mega stars. But when they were on down time they were town folk. I'd see them in town all the time, For the most part no one wanted to bother them. But they never complained or seemed put off to chat with the locals, sign something or take a picture.. In fact they seemed really happy to be normal for a change.

My favourite Aerosmith song. Fun fact that will make you love Steven Tyler even more, he was once asked to be a judge on American Idol, he tried it then declined, reason being he didn't like the rejection part, because even if you weren't a great singer, he didn't want there to be a girl that got dissed on the show who one day picks up her crying baby and wants to sing to the child but doesn't because Steven Tyler told her she was a horrible singer.

I have never cat called that I remember. I do remember once this lady walked by me that was so beautiful it nearly took my breath and after she walked by I didn't realize it but I went wheeeeweee and she turned around and I must have to beet red in the face because she just smiled at me and slightly shook her head. After she caught up with her friend they both looked back and me laughing and smiling. Embarrassed the heck out of me.

Two videos for you to check out. I’ve seen them soooo many times. Steven is the best. First to check out is Love in an Elevator. This is sexy Steven at his best. His wardrobe is quite the eclectic. There is a more recent video of him playing with his own group, not Aerosmith, from just a few years ago. The song is called … What it Takes! Older, still sexy backed up by young musicians who obviously adore him. It shows how his vocals have changed with age but the way he adjusts is amazing. He’s also a pretty funny guy. Loves the audience.
