Steven Tyler is the lead singer and co-founder of Aerosmith. One of the greatest rock bands of all times. Tyler with Joe Perry on guitar are known as the Toxic Twins and have been rock gods for over 50 years. Songs like Walk This Way, Janie’s Got a Gun, I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing, Sweet Emotion and Dream On have cemented them as true legends. You should react to everyone of these songs. And you should really check out Led Zeppelin.

Steven Tyler was wearing that fashion decades ago. I saw Aerosmith in concert in the late 70’s and he was dressing that way. Aerosmith has many incredible songs that topped the charts. They also do a song with Run DMC - “Walk this Way”. Worthy of a reaction from you. His daughter Liv Tyler is an actress. She was the beautiful and stunning Arwen in the Lord of the Rings.

@@tp7hero - Aerosmith Run DMC collaboration (two bands) was in 1987. Linkin Park formed as a single band in 1996. I see your point. However, at the time Aerosmith and Run DMC did their thing, no one else was doing it. It was not considered terrible by many people at the time.

One of the best songs in rock history. Yes, he did say 'Till your balls turn blue' as an funny ad-lib for Howard stern, it's not the original lyrics. Steven Tyler wrote this song when he was young and is the lead singer of Aerosmith, one of my favourite bands. Slash is a key member and lead guitarist of Guns 'n' Roses. You should really check out both bands music. I would recommend; Aerosmith - Amazing, Love in an Elevator & 'Don't Want to Miss a Thing' as your first steps into them. I was teenager in 90's and my neighbourg girl had a Slash poster on her wall. In that Slash was in shower smoking cigarette and had a Jack Daniels bottle on his hand. That was the coolest thing I ever saw. GNR was my favourite band as teenager. And that love affair lasts for a lifetime.

I love how this was your first reaction to this song. It's an ancient song done by Steven back when he was in his prime, and I always spot the flaws in an older artists voice and missing elements from the peak performances of their youth, but you reminded me just how impressive the lyrics of this song and artistry of Steven are even so many years later. You should listen to their original vinyl release of the song just for comparison, you won't be disappointed. 🤘

Great reaction. Even more mind-blowing knowing that Steven Tyler, born 1948, was 67 years old at this performance and he's delivering this song as it was delivered back in 1973. Slash is of course the guitar legend that was in (and still are) Guns 'n' Roses. He also played with numerous other artists on their albums or live performances. One is of course the Pop legend Michael Jackson. Train is an American pop rock band from San Francisco which was formed in 1993 and they are tha band supporting Steven on this performance.

This song was originally written on the piano. This is why the original guitar sounded so much like a piano part. The fact they took the piano music played it on a guitar was revolutionary.
