The first time I saw Axl in his booty shorts was the Freddie Mercury tribute concert. I thought he was wearing them as some sort of tribute to Freddie because he used to wear them on stage sometimes. If it was he didn’t stop there 🫣 he had them in different colors and wore them a lot 😂

Glad you got to do Don't Cry specifically this Tokyo version. You need to look up GNR Don't Cry with Shannon Hoon. Arguably he had a better voice than Axl. He was the front man for Blind Melon. He was brother of one of Axl's friends (not sure if it was his gf). He died from an OD some time ago, but the Shannon Hoon/Axl feats. were one of the best, especially for Don't Cry.

He also wore white shorts (um, those do not leave a lot of room for imagination. have water close by because it is HOT), and black shorts which I think were the best :) You are correct, lead singer is indeed Axl Rose. You gotta do the trilogy now, but with their respective videos, those are like short films and November Rain being the best of them all. The chronological order would be ( I believe Don't cry, November Rain and Estranged) they're all connected. Axl's voice was that of a rock God, as simple as that but we all knew it wasn't gonna be forever, the type of strain he out on those vocal cords with the way he used to sing, damn. That's why I'm super glad I got to see them live in concert 4 times, last time was in 2007 at a big stadium n no arena concert can ever match the atmosphere and experience that is a concert at an open stadium, epic. Btw, GnR is in my city tonight but playing at a hockey arena, otherwise I would've gone hahaha. Guns n fkn Roses, fkn epic.
