Actually, he's pissed a LOT of people off. Besides, she's not saying it as a criticism. She's saying it because 1) It's true and 2) She loves the fact that it's pissing people off. Also, you do realize that's exactly what "reaction" channels do, right? On the other hand, it makes sense to me if Tom is talking about Britney Spears and the #FreeBritney movement. After her father's conservatorship was terminated in fall 2021, there have been concerns about her mental health and state of mind, such as with the 'fake' knives incident in fall 2023. Though she's probably fine.
